We have pleasure to introduce ourselves as a Registered Charitable Trust formed in the year 1997 with the objects of rendering services to the poor and common people at large irrespective of cast, creed and religion, for treatment of their ophthalmic disorders. It is indeed a matter of pride that our trust has the blessings of Bharat Sevasram Sangha,
Calcutta. Swami Akshyanandaji Maharaj (President of Bharat Sevasram Sangha) is the chief patron and Swami Biswatmanandaji Maharaj is the president of our board of trustees.

During the past years we have rendered selfless service to the community by way of organising free eye check-up camps and imparting free surgery as well to the deserving indigent patients without compromising the quality of treatment and service. Till date the trust has foregone a revenue of nearly Rs. 35 lakhs for treatment of indigent patients.

Over the past years we have been functioning at a sub-1000 sq. ft. six-room set up. Very recently we have acquired a 5000-plus sq. ft. commercial space on E M Bypass road for an expansion project. In the new premises we plan to house all facilities related to eye care delivery.

The various activities of the trust involve substantial amount of money. The funding of such huge amount is in no way possible for us alone but we would largely depend upon generous contributions from esteemed organizations, trusts and individuals.

May we therefore appeal to you for generous donations by crossed Cheque / Draft to transform our long cherished dream to a reality and enjoy the pleasure and blessings of God and mankind. Donations in kind in the form of medical equipment, spectacles for free distribution to poor and needy patients are also accepted.

Any donation made to us shall be exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
